No matter how much you regret, how angry or sad you become, your yesterday will never return. The world of "should have" or "could have" or "if only would have" is world of pointless suffering.when pepole insult you, don't take offense, don't take personally, but do listen to their word. They are telling you how they see the world, and they are telling exact negative quality that they possess."THE LAW OF MIRROR" states that one can see only see what's in them, regardless if it is what is actually present in reality or not.Release the need to defend or try to explain to them that you're not being whatever nasty insult they have thrown at you,but evaluate instead all of these insult, not realize that this is who they are. Then, decide if a person with those qualities is one who yo'd like in your life or not.Viewing rejection as "you're not good enough" will cause you to try to change in order to become "good enough" for that person or circumstances.seeing rejection as "it's not right for you, but they happened to recognize it first," frees you to find something or someone who is right for you instead. At the heart of this shift in thinking are four very important things: 1.LOVE YOURSELF
2.ACCEPT YOURSELF
3.DO YOUR BEST
4.HAVE CONFIDENCE IN THE OTHER THREE
